Survey Services

Topographic Land & Volumetric Surveys

Use purpose built remotely operated unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to create detailed topographic land surveys. Our customers are often planning or in the process of constructing major projects including buildings, roads and wind farms. They find that Our company’s textured 3D model enhances their planning by combining topographical data and visual aerial photographs.

Photogrammetry techniques allow us to take a series of detailed images from the air and create a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) of the site. Depending on requirements, accuracy of this 3D model can be comparable to LIDAR data. The model can be "textured" using the captured photos to give an almost real world view.

Aerial Route Survey

Our purpose built unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) create superbly detailed aerial route surveys. Customers are typically organizations with ‘linear assets’ such as electricity powerlines, pipelines, railways, roads, rivers and even coastline. The UAV takes oblique or vertical images from a range of heights (25m, 50m ,100m…) providing a high-resolution record of your project or linear asset.

Using our in-house software, images are formatted to provide a web-based user interface, allowing you to log on and scroll through the route with map references and feature overlays. Our web-based application allows our clients the flexibility to access the information from any location.

Photo editing can also be provided to add/remove buildings or include overlays of the planned route. Unlike techniques using costly helicopters or poor resolution satellite images, our UAVs ensure you get precisely the information and detail you want. Images are checked on-site in our mobile video editing suite, ensuring we don't leave the site until we have the data you need

    Photographic Mapping Surveys

Our experienced surveyors use purpose built remotely operated unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to create photographic mapping surveys.
Superbly detailed images, captured from the air, are ortho-rectified and geo-referenced and stitched into large photo-mosaic maps. Our photo mosaics can map large areas and give the user the ability to zoom in to high-resolution detail. These maps can be printed poster size, overlaid on Google earth or provided in a digital format.

Use UAVs fitted with high definition video and high resolution still cameras. They work from a purpose built mobile inspection vehicle at your location, providing images relayed in real time to a ground station.
